SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 012-650

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5-7 OF THE CITY CODE TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE REQUIREMENT TO 35% IN THE R-2 ZONING DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on October 15, 2012, Ordinance No. 012-650 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Farmington, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 012-650, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the amendment allows 35% maximum lot coverage in the R-2 (Low-Medium Residential) Zoning District.

A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours. The ordinance is also available on the City’s internet home page.
