Chair Lee called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Members present were Sauser, Treakle, Lee, McKnight, Singewald, Burke, Superintendent Haugen and MaryAnn Thomas.

Moved to closed session pursuant to MN Statute 13D.03 to discuss labor negotiation strategy.

Declared the meeting out of closed session at 6:15 pm. Motion carried.

Adjournment at 6:15 p.m.
