Thomas Edward Caron, age 76, of Backus, Minn., originally of Farmington, Minn., passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 2, at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, after a valiant battle with cancer.
Tom selflessly donated his body to medical science research so that others might benefit. A celebration of Tom's life is being planned for 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Gaslight Bar in Sandstone, Minn. A private interment will be scheduled in the future. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
