Matthew Patrick Rickey, 32, of Mahtomedi was cited for assault, fifth degree, obstruction of the legal process and interfering with a 911 call.
November 11
Grayson Andrew Oie, 22, of Burnsville was cited for DWI, fourth degree.
Steven Gene O’Neil, 23, of Lakeville was cited for drinking/consumption in a motor vehicle.
November 14
Aaron Jeffrey Banke, 30, of Farmington was cited for DWI.
