ORDINANCE NO. 012-654

An Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the Farmington City Code, the Farmington Zoning Ordinance, rezoning the property located at 3410 213th Street W

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FARMINGTON HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 10-5-1 of the Farmington City Code is amended by rezoning the property addressed as 3410 213th Street West and legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Trinity Health Care 1st Addition from R-5 (High Density Residential) to R-5 PUD.

SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Farmington, adopted under Section 10-5-1 of the Farmington City Code, shall be republished to show the aforesaid zoning.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.

Adopted this 19th day of November, 2012, by the City Council of the City of Farmington.
