ORDINANCE NO. 012-653

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE FARMINGTON CITY CODE, THE FARMINGTON ZONING ORDINANCE, ADOPTING A NEW OFFICIAL REZONING DISTRICT MAP

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FARMINGTON ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of Farmington established by the City Code, Section 10-5-1, is amended by deleting the existing City of Farmington Zoning Map and adopting the new Official Zoning District Map which is available for viewing at City Hall.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.

ADOPTED this 19th day of November, by the City Council of the City of Farmington.
