December 1
Scott Michael Nordstrom, 29, of Farmington, was cited for drugs, possession of small amount of marijuana, and DWI, fourth degree.
December 2
Christopher Michael Hayes, 32, of Cannon Falls, was cited for drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession/sale of small amount of marijuana, and disorderly conduct.
Clinton John Christensen, 33, of Farmington, was cited for domestic assault and interfering with a 911 call.
December 3
Joseph John Meyers, 35, of South St.?Paul was cited for domestic assault.
