Notice of Public Meeting
Notice is hereby given that at a public meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 192 on January 28, 2013, the School Board will consider adoption of a written resolution authorizing a project labor agreement to construct or repair the Farmington Elementary School and the Akin Road Elementary School through a contract or bid. A project labor agreement is a hiring agreement that establishes wages, uniform work schedules, and rules for dispute resolution to manage construction projects that generally require, among other things, payment of the union dues or fees to a labor organization or membership in or affiliation with a labor organization. This notice is provided pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 123B.52, subd. 1a.
