Clarence A. Kamen, born Jan. 6, 1918, was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, age 94, of Rosemount, Minn., formerly of Farmington, Minn. Clarence went to be with the Lord on Dec. 21, at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Clarence cherished his family, his Catholic faith and his love of farming.
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 49 years, Bernadine C. Kamen, his seven children, Clareen (Steve) Fellows, Rose (Phil) Kramer, Diane (Jeff) Hawkins, Mary (Bill) Phelps, Donald (Lisa), Jerry (Kathy), Cheryl (Tom) Sommers; his 28 grandchildren and spouses; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings Lucille Gergen, Rita (Ferd) Cook, Luetta (Bill) Pecacek, David (Catherine) Kamen, and Therese (Fred) Bergacker; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his wife, Rosalia R. Kamen; parents, Theodore and Pauline Kamen; and sisters Dorothy Corrigan and Sr. Maryanne O.C.D.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. Anthony Richie and the staff of Allina In-Home Hospice for their loving care and support during Clarence's final months. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Caring and Sharing Hands.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, with rosary at 7 p.m., at White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, and also 1 hour prior to Mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Ave., Rosemount. Internment at St. Michael's Cemetery, Farmington.
