ORDINANCE NO. 013-656

AMENDING TITLE 2, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, CHAPTER 2, PLANNING COMMISSION, AMENDING THE COMPENSATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FARMINGTON HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Title 2, Chapter 2, Section 3(G) Compensation – shall be amended by adding the underlined and deleting the struck language as follows:

(G) Compensation: Members shall receive $10 per meeting attended in addition to reasonable personal expenses.

SECTION2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication according to law.
