Farmington resident Adam Berg will spend 180 days in jail after pleading guilty to at least four attempts to either expose himself to children or to lure children to his truck.

Berg pled guilty last October to one count of second degree attempted criminal sexual conduct, a felony, and three counts of fifth degree criminal sexual conduct, a gross misdemeanor. As part of the sentence he will serve 10 years of probation and will pay a $500 fine. He will also be required to register as a predatory offender.

Berg, 31, was charged with either approaching or calling to his truck several children last January and February. In one incident Berg reportedly showed him pornographic images on his cell phone and “made questionable comments.” The kids were between 8 and 10 years old. In another, he approached a 4-year-old in a park while exposing himself. He asked the boy if he would like to touch him. Berg left when the boy’s mother approached.
