District 192 School Board Proceedings

Chair Lee called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members Lee, Singewald, Burke, Sauser, Treakle, McKnight and Superintendent Haugen were present as well as other staff and community members.

Superintendent Haugen shared the good news and gave an update on the 2013-2014 budget process and the iPad rollout.

The following Consent Agenda items were approved: November Claims and Accounts, Certified Employments, Certified Leave of Absences, Non-Certified Employments, Non-Certified Resignations, 11/14/12 Board Work Session and Special Closed Meeting Minutes, Extended Field Trips and gifts and donations.

Reports and communications approved: Community Education Annual Report, 2013-2014 Budget Process and Parameters, Board Goals, and the School Board’s Performance Evaluation.

Administrative Actions approved: Independent Handbook of Benefits-Retiree Insurance, Longevity Program for Independent Employees, approval of iPad Loan Agreement.

Board members shared their remarks. Adjournment at 8:29 p.m.
