ORDINANCE NO. 2013-01

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CASTLE ROCK, MINNESOTA, REPEALING

ORDINANCE NO. 2002 ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE" AND ADOPTING

ORDINANCE NO. 2013-01 ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE."

Ordinance No. 2002-Zoning Ordinance is repealed and Ordinance No. 2013-01 Zoning

Ordinance is adopted. Ordinance No. 2013 -01 amends the terms of Ordinance No. 2002 by

amending and deleting certain provisions and adding new provisions.

A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular

office hours at the office of the Town Clerk at the Castle Rock Town Hall at 2537 240th Street

West, Farmington, MN 55024

Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
