1.04TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS

A.Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Empire Township for construction of a concessions building and a restroom building located at Stelzel Field before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 19th day of March, 2013, for the following project:

B.Project Description:

1.Construction of a 3,084 SF concrete masonry concessions building and a 760 SF concrete masonry restroom building at Stelzel Fields in Farmington, Minnesota. The project will include sitework, concrete footings and floors, doors and windows, standing seam metal roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general construction.

C.The bids will need to be delivered to the Owner located at the address listed above, on or before the expiration deadline and time listed above. The bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 pm CST.

D.Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of the Architect, Brunton Architects, Ltd upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, by cash, in the amount of $100.00 for one set.

E.Bid Documents may also be downloaded from the website of Brunton Architects, Ltd. at no charge at HTTP://www.bruntonarchitects.com/files. Contact Brunton Architects at 507-386-7996 upon downloading the documents to be included on the plan holders list.

F.Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.

G.Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders.

H.Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.

I.Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.

J.The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
