120 take part in Riverview Elementary School’s science fair
Riverview Elementary School held its annual science fair Feb. 21-22. More than 120 students in grades K-5 participated in 100 science fair projects.

More than 120 students in grades K-5 participated in 100 science fair projects.
This year’s participants shared their projects with judges Thursday morning, friends and family that evening and again with their classmates. The award ceremony recognized all participants for their hard work and fun projects.
Ten projects were recognized as distinguished projects and will move on to compete at the Regional Science Fair in Mankato in April.
Students who will advance include third graders Elijah Carlson, Sidney Gaudreault, Erik Hall, Daniel Henricks, Paige Huling and Rachel Agerter (second grade), Carli Weinberger and Ally Wagner; fourth graders Jayna Carlson, Michelle Noland and Carolyn Rausch; and fifth graders Ashley Hanson and Lauren Jorgenson.
