Chelsea Jean Petras, 24, of Maple Grove was cited for drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia; and traffic, driving after suspension.

Blake Ramaker Zeise, 19, of Farmington was cited for drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia; and traffic, brake light required on rear of motor vehicle.
