The additions, revisions, corrections and clarifications contained herein shall be made to the drawings and specifications for the project and shall be included in the scope of the work and in the bids to be submitted. References made below to drawings and specifications shall be used as a general guide only. Bidders and Contractor shall determine for themselves all of the work affected by Addendum Items.

1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION

The Plan documents and specification will be available after August 13th, 2008 from the Project Architect. Bids will be due on August 29, 2008.

ITEM 2.0

All bids shall be made on the Proposal forms furnished with the Proposal Documents and shall be accompanied by Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Bond Money Order, or Bond Payable to the Empire Township for at least 5% of the total bid amount.
