FARMINGTON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NEW HIGH SCHOOL
SYNTHETIC TURF FIELD
FARMINGTON, MINNESOTA
The Farmington Independent School District will receive bids for the New High School Synthetic Turf Field project. Bids will be received by mail or personal delivery until 2:00 PM November 4, 2008. The bids will be opened and reviewed privately with the owner. Deliver bids to:

The Work shall include the installation of a New Synthetic Turf Field at the New Farmington High School.
The Bidder shall submit the proposal on the forms provided. The Proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or typewriter. The Proposal shall be signed in ink by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal.
Drawings, specifications, and other contract documents may be obtained at the office of the Construction Manager: Partner Management, Attn: Karl Bozicevich, 20655 Flagstaff Ave., Farmington, MN 55024, 651.460.2434 (dd) or 651.248.2919(c). PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND FAX NUMBER. All bids shall be sealed in an opaque envelope upon which shall be plainly marked "BID FOR NEW SYNTHETIC TURF FIELD, FARMINGTON, MINNESOTA" and the name of the bidder. FAX Bids are not accepted.
The Owner reserves the right to hold and consider the bids for 45 days after the date of the bid opening.
Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bidder's bond, or certified check payable to Farmington Independent School District for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid including add-alternates. A bidder's bond shall include a certified copy of the power of attorney.
The right to waive any informality in any bid and reject any or all bids is reserved to the Owner.
