Girls lacrosse: Century, Burnsville edge Tigers
A pair of closely-contested losses kept the Farmington girls lacrosse team winless last week. The Tigers couldn’t muster the offense to rally in a 7-5 loss to Rochester Century Friday night at Tiger Stadium. Girls track: Tigers productive at Hamline Elite
The Farmington girls track team sent five events to the Hamline Elite Meet Friday night in St. Paul and all five came away with top-10 finishes. The snow melted and the sun came out just long enough to get the Irish Girls Invitational track meet completed last Tuesday night at Irish Stadium. Prior Lake won the meet with 165 1/2 points, followed by Eagan with 102 and third-place Rosemount with 66 1/2 points.
