Mystery donor could solve ice issue
The city of Farmington and the community’s hockey players may have gotten an early Christmas present this week. On Tuesday morning, city staff and a few representatives of School District 192 were scheduled to meet with an unnamed local businessman, who, city administrator Peter Herlofsky said Monday has suggested he would be willing to help pay for the construction of a new, double sheet ice arena.By: Michelle Leonard, The Farmington Independent
