Matt Looyen of Farmington, an accounting major at Dakota County Technical College, was among the students to participate in the Business Professionals of America 2011 spring leadership conference in February. He earned 1 first, 2 seconds, 2 thirds, 1 fourth in the competition portion of the conference.
