Girls hockey: Rough week drops Tigers’ record to 8-14

One bad minute resulted in three Maple Grove goals Monday night, capping off one bad week that resulted in three Farmington losses. Farmington (8-14) trailed Maple Grove 1-0 in the third period when the Crimson reeled off three goals in a 58-second span to put the game away. The Tigers were outshot 33-7 as they were shut out for the fourth time this season.
