New broker sees promise at long-stalled development

Progress has been slow -- often nonexistent -- at Vermillion River Crossings, the would-be commercial development east of downtown Farmington that is currently home to only McDonald's, FamilyHealth Clinic and a senior-apartment complex. But the new broker who took over the project this month sees reasons to be optimistic.
