Student column: Would you like horse meat with your ice cream?

Even though it’s the beginning of December and the weather is just going to be getting colder and colder, I still like to go out and grab the occasional worldwide phenomenon ice cream treat. Even on days when it feels like my fingers and nose are going to freeze off because of how cold it is outside, I find myself craving this creamy delight.
