Herman J. Meyers Jr., age 74, of Farmington, passed away on August 3, 2010.
Preceded in death by his parents, Herman Sr. and Anna; brothers, George and Jack; sister, Mary; and son Ronald.
Survived by longtime companion of 25 years, Grace LaBelle; children, Susan (Steve) Bidwell, Thomas Meyers, John (Terri) Meyers, Carolyn Hyten, Jim (Renee) Meyers and Chad Meyers. The pride of his life was his 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also survived by sisters, Rita Braun and Lenora Endres, brother, Ken Meyers, many nieces and nephews. Also by good friends Sueand Lee Baxter, Faye Brun.
Memorial Mass 11 a.m. Friday, August 6, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 16943 Akin Road, Farmington. Gathering of family and friends 5-8 p.m. Thursday at White Funeral Home, 901 3rd St., and also one hour prior to Mass at church. Interment, St. Michael’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred.
