Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, at Celebration Church, 16655 Kenyon Ave. W., Lakeville, with memorial visitation from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, at White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, and also 1 hour prior to service at church.
