The Farmington Fire Department's newest engine/rescue truck arrived at Station 2 on Jan. 25. Check out some of the features to this new truck.

  • In one of their visits to the truck's manufacturer, Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, Wis., members of the Farmington Fire Department new truck committee decided to add a new visual touch to the truck.
  • The center of all functions at a fire scene, the pump panel will be run by the truck's driver.
  • A spotlight on the top of the truck can be raised, turned on and lowered by someone on the ground.
