Dakota Electric Association has experienced outages due to the wet heavy snowstorm that moved through late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The outages are mainly located in the eastern and southeastern part of the cooperative’s service territory. Locations affected are the areas near Hastings, Miesville, Red Wing, Welch, Castle Rock and surrounding areas.
