Enrollment projections are close so far
Enrollment in Farmington schools is right about where administrators expect it to be less than a month before the start of the new school year. According to estimates presented at a Monday night school board workshop, there are 6,666 students enrolled at district schools, down 22 from the 6,688 projected.

Churches team up to bring Bible camps to the people
Two local churches are teaming up to bring a week of Bible-centered fun and education to Farmington-area parks thisweek. Bible Baptist Church and Crossroads Church will sponsor the weeklong 5-Day Club, a series of activities put on every summer by a national group called Child Evangelism Fellowship. The group focuses on different cities around the country each year to provide their free camps.
