Boys soccer: Tigers put up a fight at North 
Farmington made second-seeded Lakeville North sweat a little bit in the opening round of the Section 1AA Tournament last Thursday night.
The Tigers played the Panthers to a 0-0 halftime tie, and put some decent shot attempts on goal, before a goal two minutes into the second half allowed Lakeville North to advance with a 1-0 victory.

Boys soccer: Tigers drop two road games 
The middle 40 minutes of Monday’s non-conference game at Henry Sibley looked like a showdown of two evenly-matched teams.
It was the first 20 and last 20 minutes where Henry Sibley dominated. The Warriors, who entered with a record of 2-8-2, scored two goals early in the first half and pulled away with three more goals late in the second half of a 5-0 shutout of Farmington.
