Tiger cross country season enters the home stretch
Both the Farmington boys and girls cross country teams finished in the middle of the pack in their final tune-up for championship season.
The girls placed fourth out of eight teams with 115 points and the boys fifth out of 11 teams at last Tuesday’s Shakopee Invitational at Memorial Park in Shakopee.

Cross country: Farmington teams improve at Applejack
The Farmington girls cross country team once again moved up in the standings at Friday’s Applejack Invitational in Lakeville.
The Tigers brought in all five of their scoring runners in 17 minutes or better for the second straight meet as they placed 11th out of 21 teams with 345 points.
