Vivian Pankow, the daughter of Bruce and Joy Pankow, is the recipient of a $500 General Mills Foundation Post-High School Scholarship for the 2011-12 academic year. Pankow is a second-year student at Minnesota State University-Moorhead, where she is majoring in elementary education.
