Your weekend: Enjoy the Holi celebration Sunday

Holi celebration

Minnesota Hindu Milan Mandir will celebrate Holi, the festival of colors, from noon to 5 p.m. March 16 at 501 Walnut St. Holi is the celebration of the colors of unity and brotherhood — an opportunity to forget differences and have fun. It typically involves sprinkling colored powder or colored water on each other so everyone looks the same and universal brotherhood is reaffirmed. There will be DJ music, dance and ethnic food for purchase. All are welcome. For more information call 651-365-0331.
