The Missota Conference Meet is this week.

Farmington's girls track team warmed up for this week's Missota Conference Championships with an appearance at the Pat Foley Classic last Thursday at Carleton College in Northfield.

The Tigers won eight of the meet's events, including all three of the sprint relays. Erin Hickey was part of all three victories, teaming up with Nadia Lorencz, Lauren McHenry and Jessica Arey to take the 4x100 in 52.13 seconds and with Alyssa Parco, Amy Kiminski and Maria Kiminski to top the field in the 4x200 and 4x400.

Hickey ended up with four gold medals on the day as she won the long jump with a leap of 15 feet, 4 inches.

Parco claimed another 300 hurdles victory with a time of 46.36 that defeated second place by nearly five seconds and Maria Kiminski cruised in the open 800 with a 2:24.21 clocking.

Katie Habeck was a double winner in the field events. She claimed the discus with a spin of 101-06, then added a shot put of 36-10.

The Tigers received four other second-place efforts, starting with the 4x800 relay team of Bailey Opsal, Alex Frost, Naomi Wood and Maddie Strid.

Maricia Pacheco was second in the 1,600 in 5:33, Victoria Jacoby was runner-up in the 3,200 in 12:52 and Lorencz took second in the 100 hurdles in 17.06.
